Assign a new PIN
 ASK MyCSU  If you forget your log in information, you can retrieve your CSU ID number or your PIN.  If you are a student and a new PIN has been assigned to you, an email will be sent to your BUC MAIL account with the new information. Faculty and staff may request help by submitting a work order.

Getting Started with MyCSU

To Search the Courses we offer , click here then click Course Search.  For more complete information about CSU, please check CharlestonSouthern.edu. Thank you for your interest.
 
Log in help for Students, Alumni, Faculty, and Staff
 (Use the provided links below if you do not know your CSU ID Number or PIN number)
  
In the CSU Identification # Field, enter your CSU ID number
                                      (number is printed on your CSU ID Card)
In the PIN field, enter your PIN number.
Click on Login button
 
 
You may also enter your ID number and then click the Login button.  The next page will have a "I forgot my password" link.  Click the link to have the system assign a new PIN.  PIN notifications will be sent to your email account for official CSU information.  For students this will be your BUC MAIL account.   (BUC Mail help)
 
(There may be up to a 30 minute delay before your new PIN is recognized by the system.)
