(3 hours) Prerequisites: BUSI 625, and either BUSI 305, BUSI 506 or BUSI 512. An in-depth analysis of corporate financial management activities related to the acquisition of financial resources, short- and long-term financial planning, management of working capital, and evaluation in of financial profitability. Major components related to financial markets and governmental fiscal policies will be discussed in relationship to a firm's viability within the marketplace. Note: This course cannot be challenged.
