(3 hours)This course helps students understand the role of leadership and why a good leader must be a good coach. Students will explore core values of an effective coach: people, performance, and process. Students will describe and demonstrate the skills of coaching. Students will conduct an effective coaching session and develop an informational coaching presentation in partnership with colleagues. Note: This course cannot be challenged.
