(3 hours) Examined through this course is organizational theory and behavior of the criminal justice agencies. Principles of leadership and human resource management, organizational culture, organization and policy planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project implementation and evaluation is reviewed. Also explored is the evolution of administrative issues and problems in the criminal justice system and impact of change in the external environment on agency operations.
