This course is a detailed study of the United States Supreme Court covering topics including the Court's history, constitutional roots, judicial power, the nomination and approval of justices, the internal workings of the Court, the influences on and writing of justice opinions, and the impact of the Court's decisions on American society. This course cannot be challenged.
