(3 hour(s)) Prerequisites: MATH 105 or higher (grade of "C" or better). An introduction to the analysis of data in the behavioral sciences using classification of data, measures of central tendency, variability, probability, hypothesis testing, correlation, analysis of variance and non-parametric tests. Examples of psychological and sociological concepts and data will be used to apply these techniques. Lecture 3 hours. Cross-listed with SOCI 301. (Psychology = Parent).
