Prerequisites: ACCT 310 and ACCT 311 or equivalent (Intermediate Accounting 1 and 2). A study of the standards, controls, legal responsibilities, and professional ethics of auditors. The course will examine auditing techniques, practice before the SEC, and the role of the auditor in the firm. This course cannot be challenged.
