This course is designed to provide organizational leaders with both a theoretical grounding in leadership development and practice with a number of hands-on tools. Students will gain an appreciation of the need for leadership development, they will create their own leadership development plan, and they will execute leadership development initiatives. The course is a journey of self-discovery designed to foster students? growth as leaders as they undertake actions to develop their followers. This course cannot be challenged.
