Examined are the social science and criminal justice/legal approaches in understanding crime committed by corporations as well as by individuals who wear ?white collars.? Discussions include how white collar crimes are socially defined, who commits them, who is victimized by them, which social and legal contexts promote them and how society and the criminal justice system responds to them.
