Corequisite: EDUC 685. This course will provide participants the opportunity to develop a working synthesis of previously studied theories, practices, strategies and programs related to leadership and management in today’s middle and high schools. Emphasis is on decision-making skills which result in effective school organization, positive school climate and successful school leadership. The course will also examine the roles and responsibilities of assistant principals.
