(3 hours) This course focuses on the domain of accountability, a concept critical to leaders of organizations of all types. This core course on accountability traces the evolution of the concept, with an emphasis on emerging accountability issues in organizations that serve multiple constituencies. Candidates will learn how leaders understand, analyze, and cope within the context of increased demands for accountability. Candidates will also consider the connections between accountability and the creation of evidence-based cultures.
