(3 hours) This course will explore various perspectives on understanding how creativity and innovation can bring about change within organizations. Candidates will view the creative process and its complexity, especially as it becomes a catalyst for innovation. The course will explore the challenges and rewards of innovation in a changing society. The course will provide candidates with an understanding that creativity is a function of knowledge, curiosity, imagination and evaluation, thus inspiring innovation within the organization.
