(3 hours) This course is a synthesis of employment law, Constitutional law, legislative enactment, judicial law,and the relationships as they pertain leadership roles. Due process, collective bargaining and negotiations, contracts, and other law relating to leadership will be addressed. Candidates will examine how change leadership promotes social justice.
