(3 hours) This course will analyzetechniques appropriate for assessing the effectiveness of organizations. The candidates will learn strategies and tools for effective operational management. Candidates will examine multiple entities within an organizational structure and develop strategies to advance the mission and vision of the organization, based on results generated from assessments.
