Prerequisite: MATH 351 (grade of “C” or better). Fourier series, Laplace and Fourier transforms, numerical methods for solving partial differential equations, applications to diffusion, wave, and Dirichelet problems, matrix methods and use of special functions. Offered: Spring. This course cannot be challenged.
