All students are required to have a Student Information Release Authorization on file for a third party to receive information about their account.
Include yourself on the waiver, so you can get information over the phone. Login to MyCSU and click the Student Information Release Authorization (FERPA) link.
Log into Buc Alert using your CSU email address. You can add additional email addresses and phone numbers to your profile.
